Kara's schedule is Sunday through Wednesdays at this time and is usually booked a few weeks out. Sundays are particularly busy so we may need to book further out in advance. She will then provide possible dates/times for you to schedule. She will always try her best to get you in as soon as she can. 

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Kara understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In her desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

~ Please give Kara at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, if possible.

~ Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They are subject to full charge for the missed appointment.

~ If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
