Healing In Harmony Massage accepts Providence Health Insurance! If this is your Insurance provider and you have massage benefits you would like to use, please reach out to Kara!
Here are a few things you can mention when first reaching out and some questions you can expect from Kara when setting up a massage appointment using Providence Insurance:
A few questions that Kara may ask you when setting up a massage appointment using Providence insurance:
If you are unsure of any of this information Kara is happy to help and can look up the information for you. She will just need your first and last name, date of birth and either a picture of your insurance card or the insurance member id number, to gather the information.
If deductible has been met:
- At time of session you will just be responsible for paying the copay or coinsurance out of pocket - Kara accepts card, cash or Venmo for this payment.
If deductible has not been met:
You will need to pay out of pocket until the deductible has been met. Kara's insurance rate is $120. For example if your deductible is $250, you will then need to pay $120 for two 60 minute sessions and at the third session will simply owe the remaining $10 to cover the rest of the deductible as well as whatever amount your copay is. After the deductible has been met you will just be required to pay the copay at each session. Kara will take it from there and bill your insurance.
Kara's schedule is Sunday through Wednesdays at this time and is usually booked a couple to a few weeks out. Sundays are particularly busy so we may need to book further out in advance. She will then provide possible dates/times for you to schedule. She will always try her best to get you in as soon as she can.
Enjoy your massage and rest assured Kara will take care and submit claims and bill your insurance as promptly as she can. With the information provided she can also keep track of how much of your yearly massage benefits you have used, and how many sessions you will have. She looks forward to working with you!
