Services:
Therapeutic Massage ~ A flowing relaxation massage using deep pressure when needed to release muscle tension and stress. Uses elements of deep tissue, Swedish and trigger point therapy.
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage ~ Using specialized bolsters and pillows Kara can accommodate people at all stages of pregnancy (before and after birth) comfortably.
Reiki Energy Healing ~ Using either light touch or our hands just above the body, Kara will channel Reiki energy to my clients-- to help restore balance and harmony within the body, soul, and mind.
Massage + Reiki Healing ~ A combination of a relaxing massage and calming Reiki energy healing given in the same session.
Distance Reiki ~ Kara can work remotely connecting to your energy. Can be via Zoom, or choosing a meditation time for her to send Reiki energy to you.
Aromatherapy ~ Assorted essential oils may be added to your massage at no additional charge.

45 Minutes ~ $65
60 Minutes ~ $85
90 Minutes ~ $115

Insurance:
Kara accepts Providence Health Insurance! If you have massage benefits under your coverage you are looking to use please reach out to Kara.
Her insurance rate is $120 per 60 minute session.

Payments Accepted:
Cash is preferred, but Healing In Harmony also accepts Venmo, Credit/Debit Card, or Check.
* Kara accepts Providence health insurance as well! Please contact her directly about this when scheduling.
Cancelation and Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
~ Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, if possible.
~ Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If ongoing to happen, we may charge for the missed appointment.
~ If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
